THE Trowbridge branch of NatWest bank has been voted the best at customer service in a nationwide survey.
Staff beat of competition from hundreds of other branches up and down the country to be awarded entry into the TopBox club, on the results of a customer questionnaire.
Manager Tracy Gerrard said: "When you work so hard as a team to deliver a quality service, it's great to receive a national award from the bank, but it means so much more because it's our customers' comments that have put the branch into the number one spot."
The award was presented to the branch by Ian Clark, NatWest's operations manager for Wiltshire.
He said: "The most important point of this award is that the customers of the branch have told us that we deliver a service that meets and even exceeds their expectations.
"Customer comments are essential for staff to develop their customer service skills further and continue to delight their customers."
