A GROUP of brave ladies from Center Parcs in Warminster are all set to add a touch of colour to the capital next Saturday.
Consisting mainly of housekeeping staff, the 40-strong group will be wearing coloured bras as they take part in the Playtex Moonwalk to raise money for breast cancer research.
The sponsored London walk starts at midnight from Battersea Park, where it also finishes.
Walkers can either attempt half or full marathon distances.
The moonwalk has become an annual event in London with 10,000 people taking part last year. Among that number were 500 men. This year numbers have risen to 15,000.
Marion Payne, 51, has organised the Center Parcs team. She said: "Last year 21 staff from Center Parcs took part in the walk and raised £9,000.
"This year we are hoping to raise about £12,000."
Bodmans Coaches of Devizes are taking the group to London for free. The return journey would normally cost £500.
Last year Mrs Payne walked the full marathon distance of just over 26 miles, but this time will be doing the half marathon.
Mrs Payne will be accompanied by her daughter Laura, 18.
