WE are residents of Paxcroft Mead and we own dogs. When walking around the area we have noticed the amount of dog mess, which some irresponsible dog owners do not pick up.
There are signs around warning people that they will be fined, the amount of time we have lived here we have never seen anyone patrolling from the council. With the increase in council tax will we see someone patrolling the area?
