IN MY opinion, the artist's impression of how the Wiltshire £12m heritage centre could look shows a high degree of artistic licence.

The large electrical substation right next to the proposed site is not shown, neither is the main Bristol to London railway line at the back of it. The looming presence of the Westinghouse site and other industrial buildings on the ridge behind are also not included.

The artist's view seems to be from the site of the old scrap yard which is opposite the proposed centre!

Presumably the trees shown right next to the building are there in a desperate attempt to hide the depressing surroundings from those using the facilities!
