SWINDON CANCER APPEAL: Graziella Campisano, the Swindon Cancer Appeal manager, says it isn't too late to join in the fun for the Macmillan Miles Challenge.
The event, which takes place between May 18 and 25, is an opportunity to raise money in enjoyable and unusual ways.
Graziella said: "To take part in the Macmiles challenge people need to chose an activity and complete a mile of it. It's as simple as that.
"You can decide to run, walk, skip, swim or even choose something less energetic like collecting a mile of coins, or reading a mile of books.
"There are so many ways to participate in this event and I am enjoying hearing about all your fundraising ideas.
"The appeal is going so well. The people of Swindon and Marlborough continue to dig deep, which is fantastic.
"Everyone should be proud of themselves."
