IT is easy to understand the frustration of Haydon Wick resident Michael Uzzell who is waiting for police to collect a video tape that shows a youth damaging his car.
Police officers are now under such pressures that such a case does not feature high on the list of misdemeanours that need investigating.
It is even sadder that Mr Uzzell felt he needed to buy a CCTV system because some youths are apparently being allowed to run riot.
It is high time they were prevented from disrupting people's lives.
