Centre Sean Millwaters moves up to scrum-half and hard-running Jon Spillane fills the gap in the middle.
Alex Penny and Gareth Williams are drafted in from the second string after good efforts last week, and start at wing and full-back respectively.
Westbury upset Devizes on their own patch in Southern Counties South last weekend and are sure to test Bassett's new strength in depth.
Bassett's second team travel the short distance to face Fairford in a friendly, with Kiwi back row Rob May taking on the captaincy after missing last week's game.
Winger Aaron Lightbody moves up from the third team after scoring a hat-trick last week and young prop Gary Zelley also moves up.
Club stalwart Steve Pinnegar celebrates his 40th birthday tomorrow with a match between Bassett's 3rd and a Select XV made up of players past and present.
The match kicks off at 5pm.
