A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Melksham man who attacked a woman.
Todd McEntaegart failed to turn up for the hearing at Swindon crown court because he missed his train.
At an earlier hearing the 20-year-old of Spa Road, Melksham, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm to Louise Theraby and affray on Sunday June 29.
But after hearing his excuse judge John McNaught refused to adjourn the case and issued a warrant without bail.
