PATIENTS from the Tinkers Lane surgery in Wootton Bassett who need flu jabs can get them next week at the town Rugby Club, off Stoneover Lane, where two flu clinics are planned for Tuesday and Thursday, from 11am to 2pm.
The off-site clinics have been organised as the general practice continues to operate in temporary premises during rebuilding of the surgery at Tinkers Lane. The new, larger surgery is expected to be completed in the autumn.
Patients eligible for flu jabs are those aged over 65 and all those, of any all ages, that suffer from a chronic condition such as asthma.
