HOME buyers will be at an exhibition showcasing Swindon's new properties. The Evening Advertiser's New Homes Exhibition tomorrow will allow buyers to see everything the borough has to offer under one roof.
Visitors to the free event will be able to buy a house, arrange a mortgage and even fit it out with furnishings.
It takes place at the De Vere Hotel at the Shaw Ridge Leisure Park off Whitehill Way between 10am and 5pm.
Eight developers, including Wimpey Homes, Bryant Homes and Priory Vale, will be taking part.
Financial advice will be available from Lloyds TSB and Select Mortgages.
Also taking part in the exhibition are Leekes home furnishings, Floors 2 Go and Lighting Bug.
Maurice Carter, of the Advertiser's said: "This will allow us to get all the developers in Swindon under one roof for the first time."
"It will give people the chance to see what is available without having to spend all day visiting the different sites.
"We are hoping to make the exhibition an annual event."
