WILTSHIRE-based train operator First Great Western has seen its training strategy commended by the county's Learning and Skills Council.
The LSC Wiltshire and Swindon named First Great Western as an Innovation Award finalist. The train operator was recognised for its plan to help staff attain National Vocational Qualifications and set up dedicated training academies across its network.
