THREE anti-war protestors are on trial for storming RAF Fairford in the run-up to the Iraq war.
Before Gloucester Crown Court yesterday were Katherine Holcombe, 42, of West Street, Evesham,
Peter Cornock, 46, of Rutland Street, Cardiff, and Owen English, 20, of Bullingdon Hill, Oxford. The three deny causing criminal damage, and Cornock denies possessing a pair of wire-cutters with intent to cause criminal damage.
Video footage showing a mass invasion of the air base on February 23 was shown to the jury.
Peter Blair, prosecuting, said the three defendants were seen pushing on gates.
