THE 1011 (Amesbury) Squadron of the Air Training Corps will have six competitors in the ATC athletics regional final at the Tidworth Oval next weekend.
After entering a 14-strong team in the Wiltshire and Dorset Wing meeting last weekend, six members of the Amesbury Squadron have been selected to compete against ATC athletes from all over the south and west of England in the regional finals.
The Amesbury team, which included four sets of siblings at the Wing finals, was placed second overall and won two individual trophies.
A team from the Bournemouth Squadron narrowly beat them.
Competing in the regional finals will be Chris Warr, Aaron Sanford, Kevin Jones, Nikki Hazard, Mike Jones and Lindsey Salmon.
