THE mini beasts from the deep will be unveiled in a pond-dipping extravaganza at Keynes Country Park tomorrow.
An education pond has been created at the park to allow children to get a closer look at the tiny creatures that inhabit the watery areas of the park.
Education ranger Sophia Tackett will be on hand to teach them about the insect residents, which include delicate water fleas, water stick insects and dragon fly larvae.
Children need to be equipped with boots and outdoor clothes. They should also be accompanied by an adult.
The event, which is part of the Wildlife Wonders Of The Water Park programme, starts at 2pm from the Millennium visitor centre in the western Cotswold Water Park.
