13256/5A team of 23 call centre workers are in training to take part in the Race for Life this weekend, in tribute to two of their colleagues who died of cancer.
The 20 staff from IMSM call centre in Oxford Street, Malmesbury, and three from the firm's office in Temple Street, Swindon, are planning to do the race, which raises money for Cancer Research UK.
The Race for Life, being staged in Lydiard Park on Sunday, is a sponsored run or walk of one mile.
Marketing manager Amy Bentley said: "We lost two of our colleagues last year, and two other women are currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, so it is a cause that we all feel strongly about.
"One woman has come through the treatment and has only one check up left before she can be pronounced in remission, but the other lady has only recently been diagnosed."
Team members have raised almost £1,000 in sponsorship and say they are looking forward to the race.
Ms Bentley said: "There are three of us who will be running, and the others will be walking because some of our employees are older and not so fit.
"I have joined a gym and everyone has been training by taking our dogs for a walk, so even the training has been good fun. We have raised a lot of money and the firm has agreed to sponsor us as well."
Race for Life is a national organisation and mile walks and runs are going on all across the UK on Sunday.
