VOLUNTEERS are needed to raise money for a deserving cause while improving their own health.
Carers Support West Wilts are holding a sponsored walk in Bradford on Avon on June 13 to raise funds and promote Carers Support Week.
Participants can tackle three, six or nine miles, starting and finishing behind the Tithe Barn at Barton Farm Country Park.
The money will go towards helping the charity in its work to support and advise those who care for family members and friends who are unable to take care of themselves either through ill health, disability or old age.
The charity needs to raise about one third of its costs each year to maintain a high standard of service.
