THE X-files made a visit to a Westbury school as Captain Cholesterol and the Granny from Mars taught children about healthy eating.

Pretending to be like the FBI agents Mulder and Scully from the cult television show, the duo thrilled pupils at Westbury Infants School with an amusing display.

They are part of the Quantum Theatre group from London, who travel around the country teaching youngsters about science in a fun way.

Ruth Robinson, science co-ordinator at the school, was delighted with the success of the visit.

She said: "At the moment one of our topics is healthy eating and exercise and this was a way of educating the children all about it."
