HANDYMAN and gardener Raymond Bond, 60, has denied indecently assaulting an 88-year-old woman in Devizes.
Bond, of Farleigh Avenue, Melksham, entered a not guilty plea when he appeared at Kennet Magistrates' Court in Devizes on Tuesday.
Bond is alleged to have assaulted the woman between February 8 and 23 while she was in respite care at Southfield Residential Home, in Victoria Road, Devizes.
The magistrates are to send the case to the crown court and it was adjourned until August 10. Bond was released on unconditional bail.
