I WISH to make public the West Wiltshire Patient and Public Involvement Forum's letter to the Primary Care Trust concerning the very poor report it received from the Healthcare Commission.
"The PPI Forum of West Wiltshire is seriously concerned about the conclusions listed in this report, particularly the implication of its effect on the health care of west Wiltshire residents.
"How are the patients and the public to be involved in the development and implementation of any action plan that the trust must now develop?
"The West Wiltshire PPI Forum intends to monitor any developments rigorously to ensure the patients and, more generally, the public are not disadvantaged by any decisions taken by the trust."
