153431AWARD-WINNING journalist Roger Cook visited Trowbridge grandmother Ann Hamilton this week to record a piece for Radio 4, to be aired this autumn.

Mr Cook, who lives in Wiltshire, is recording a show on Victim Support's 30th anniversary, speaking to victims of crime and their families.

Mrs Hamilton, 58, has been using the free support service since 1997, when soldier Miles Evans murdered her eight-year-old granddaughter Zoe.

Mrs Hamilton said: "We chatted about the night Zoe went missing, right through to campaigning for a tariff today."
