LITTLE Fishes Day Nursery in Dews Road, Salisbury is an established, Ofsted registered nursery for children from six weeks old to school entrance age.
The nursery received a favourable report at its last Ofsted inspection.
Staff are dedicated to stimulating both the children's sense of security and their development - physical, emotional, social and intellectual. Children have a settling-in period according to their individual needs and staff ensure that they are always available to listen, talk and provide encouragement when needed.
The pre-school classroom is within the Factory Youth and Community Centre, which received a grant by the South West Regional Development Agency in order to help it to support the community.
The centre also provides space for children to play in when the weather is bad.
The final phase of development within the factory will be completed in July.
The nursery is secure during the day and there is a safe drop-off zone in the car park for collection and delivery of children.
The four classrooms are divided by age - babies up to a year, toddlers from one to two, tweenies from two to three and the pre-school room from three-year-olds to school age.
