PEOPLE in Swindon are being urged to nominate an unsung hero.
The Dettol Community Nurse Of The Year Award was set up last year to reward the dedication, commitment and excellence of the thousands of community nurses n the UK.
The nurses are often seen as the unsung heroes of the nursing profession. They play a vital role in the success of a patient's treatment and often go beyond the call of duty to ensure their patients receive the best care and support.
People are being asked to nominate either a midwife, health visitor or community nurse who has made a real difference to their life or that of a friend or family member.
