GAZETTE & HERALD: About 750 residents 'posted' their views on Corsham during three community days run by the Corsham Area Community Partnership.
The comments, stuck on special boards in the Martingate Centre, gave views on a wide range of issues, including housing, shops, education, the environment, transport, local services, youth and policing.
The CACP will be hosting five similar Quality Futures days in the villages of Colerne, Box, Rudloe, Neston and Lacock over the coming weeks.
The group is inviting all local residents and companies to contribute their comments.
Details of the events will be advertised locally nearer the time.
Information gathered during the first stage of consultation will be used in the development of the community plan for Corsham and the surrounding area.
Initial feedback will be given during a meeting of the wider partnership on November 1, at 7pm in Corsham Town Hall.
Everyone living or working in the area is welcome to attend and the meeting will work towards developing solutions for some of the issues raised.
