AWARD-WINNING hairdresser Philomena Filsell, 21, has joined new Bradford on Avon hair and beauty salon Hairport.
Mrs Filsell, who won awards while working at Toni & Guy in Milsom Street, Bath, joined the Church Street salon to link up with former celebrity hairdresser John Williams, who is a landlord at the Bunch of Grapes pub in Silver Street.
