Your campaign against Lt Col Stibbe is disgraceful, regardless as to how much he was to blame for the dreadful accident on the A350, and whatever one thinks of his penalties!
First, he is not a convicted criminal, and second his OBE award had nothing to do with the previously mentioned accident.
The OBE was awarded for service some years before, not in the UK even.
Lastly, the OBE is not a military award. The top military award is the Victoria Cross.
So please get your facts right. I doubt you will want to print this letter.
