OCTOBER 21 2004, BATH: London band Ludes will bring their unique punk-rock n'roll style to Bath this month.

Hailed as one of the capital's best live bands, Ludes released their first single She Was Just A Girl almost a year ago. Their second single Radio is out next month and sounds worth listening out for.

Ludes enlisted Chris Kimsey, who produced the Rolling Stones and Peter Tosh to help them with Radio. The song is inspired by the world that Ludes live in - a place of dodgy bedsits, broken TVs and AM radio.

This passion for radio also prompted Ludes to launch their own pirate station, playing the records of Tom Waits, The Specials, Sean Paul and anything with a bit of bite.

Lude will perform at the Moles club in Bath on October 21. They will be supported by Angels Fight The City and The Victorian English Gentleman's Club. Tickets cost £5. For more information call 01225 404445.
