TROWBRIDGE-based Virgin Mobile has scooped a customer service award for the fourth year running.
The company also won an award for its advertising campaign Idle Thumbs, featuring rapper Busta Rhymes, at the Mobile Choice Consumer Awards.
Virgin Mobile chief executive Tom Alexander said: "Virgin Mobile is a people business, and offering great customer service is at its heart.
"This accolade is proof that we are getting it right, not just this year, but four years running."
