15940Footlights Dance School put on its tap shoes at St Thomas's Church, Trowbridge on Saturday to raise money for its annual pantomime.
About 35 people took part in the sponsored event, dancing for up to two hours, while other helpers made tea and coffee and sold cakes.
The group hopes the event will raise the £500 it needs to put on the pantomime, once final figures have been counted. Last year the school moved to the town's Arc Theatre for the first time and will be there again for this year's performances of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Around 60 to 70 people will be involved in the pantomime, mostly children, aged four years old and upwards.
The pantomime will be held at the Arc Theatre from December 2-5.
