THE history of Swindon band XTC is among the specialist subjects for questions in the next edition of Mastermind on BBC2 on Monday.
The band, whose lead singer is Andy Partridge, was formed in the town in the 1970s, and went on to become a major force in the early 1980s New Wave movement.
