MORE than 400 people have now sent in paper cut-outs of their hands to make a giant paper chain to protest at plans to build at Coate.
The hands will be on display at Coate Water on Saturday, November 13, at 2pm. Visitors will be asked to link in with the paper chain and join hands around the lake. Jean Saunders of the Save Coate Campaign said: "It is the beauty of the country park that figures most in comments made so far."
If you would like to help the chain grow, draw an outline of your hand on card, write your comments and send it to Join Hands Around Coate, Marsh Cottage, Wanborough, SN4 0AR.
