A SWINDON group has woven its way to success.
The North Wiltshire guild of weavers, spinners and dyers won the south of England Sheep to Shoulder competition.
To win the event, which was held in Newbury, the team of six had to spin, fleece and then knit as many squares as they could in a given time. The guild is looking for new members and would like to hear from anyone interested in joining them.
They meet once a month in members' homes during the winter and at Roves Farm during the summer.
