IT IS odd a disabled toilet has appeared between the Mailcoach and Wilkinsons, 20p if you are taken short! Has this set the precedent for all toilets in Swindon?
One is given to understand it will be the council's policy to shut all public toilets hardly a good advert for future tourists, day visitors, the elderly and children. Does this mean the toilets in our public parks are going to be shut too?
