FIVE footways around Swindon are to be resurfaced.
The footways on Islandsmead in Dorcan, Penhill Drive in Penhill, Woodside Avenue, Swallowfield Avenue and Caversham Close in Walcot are to be sealed with bituminous slurry to give an even surface. The project will be managed by the council's Civil and Structural Engineering Group.
Work is set to begin on Monday March 7 and are expected to take four weeks to complete.
Householders will be given 48 hrs
notice of work in their area.
