STAFF at a Westbury car dealership have been recognised for reaching high levels of customer service.

The service department at Elkins Ford has scooped the Ford Motor Company's Customer After-Market Service Incentive award following positive feedback from its customers.

To qualify for the award dealers have to be placed within the top 10 per cent within their area.

The award is measured by customers completing and returning questionnaires mailed to them at different stages through their vehicle ownership cycle.

Managing director Peter Elkins said: "The dealership has had a complete change of front counter staff during the last 12 months and this has been key to their high customer satisfaction rating. "But of course all members of staff are instrumental in keeping standards high.
