A TOOTHILL woman has appeared before town magistrates charged with threatening to kill a child.
Gillian Newton, 30, of Westminster Road, was arrested on February 18 and has been in custody since.
At a previous hearing she pleaded not guilty to the charge and Swindon magistrates yesterday adjourned the case for further reports to be made.
Newton was remanded in custody and will reappear before magistrates on March 11.
