REGARDING the extortionate hike in water rates.
With all the technology we have now wouldn't it be great if Thames Water gave us soft water out of our taps?
With people suffering from eczema and the damage this hard water does to kitchen appliances isn't it about time something was done?
The question people will ask is what will we see for our 18 per cent rise?
