THE Swindon Kite Festival is being held at the Wroughton Science Museum on May 7 and 8.
The annual event, which is organised by the White Horse Kite Flyers will allow visitors to discover the magic of kite flying and why people such as Benjamin Franklin liked flying them so much.
A range of kites will be on display as will the items from the museum's collection.
