SHAREHOLDERS at Intelek on the South Marston industrial estate have agreed the sell-off of its subsidiary Pascall Electronics to the Xcel Corporation for £4.7m.
Intelek, which specialises in radio and microwave frequency equipment, has decided to concentrate on telecommunications.
Pascall, which works in power supplies, is surplus to requirements.
The sale was ratified at an extraordinary general meeting.
