I HAVE every sympathy with the bus driver who had problems trying to remove a difficult customer from his bus. But he clearly does not understand the European Human Rights legislation.
It is the trespassers, muggers and burglars who have all the laws on their side. For example farmer Tony Martin was found guilty of murder and sent to prison for trying to protect his home against burglars. The law is not on the side of the ordinary person.
