ANYONE who wants to make a difference to the quality of homes in Swindon has just a week to help.
Westlea Housing Association is looking for a new chairman and the closing date for applications is Wednesday, March 30.
Chief executive, David Ashmore said: "Our aim is to make a real difference to the quality of homes and neighbour-hoods for the 10,000 people for whom we provide homes and services."
He added: "Finding the right chairman is key to us doing that."
The successful candidate will need to commit around a day a week that includes six evening board meetings a year and attendance at other meetings, events and conferences.
Full details of how to apply are available at www.westlea.co.uk/chair or contact Kerry Cope on 01249 466011.
