TWO caravans were taken in Lyneham on the same night.
A Swift Challenger 500SE, valued at £7,500 was towed away from its owner's driveway in Eider Avenue overnight on Tuesday May 17.
Another theft occurred in Slessor Road between 10pm and 4.30am.
On that occasion the thief also stole the number plates from the owner's car.
A man is helping the police with inquiries into the Slessor Road incident.
Police believe there may be a connection between the two incidents.
