A MAN arrested after an armed incident in Westbury has appeared in court. Terence Heather, 47, was arrested after armed police were called to a house in the town on May 1.
Heather, who is bailed to an address in Wessex Road, Salisbury, appeared at Chippenham magistrates' court on Thursday to face a charge of child cruelty. He did not enter a plea. The case was adjourned until June 2.
