A RESIDENTIAL lettings service which offers a novel approach to property management has opened in Warminster.
Northwood (West Wilts) Ltd, in Market Place, proposes to take the "hassle, stress and risk" away from landlords with the Platinum Guaranteed Rental Income scheme.
The system guarantees landlords a fixed income over the first 12 months even if the home is empty.
Northwood also promise to start the landlord's contract within 25 days of receiving the property.
Manager Fiona Bradbury said: "With traditional property management, the landlord's income is always at risk with the property becoming vacant, or the worst scenario, the tenant defaulting in the payment of their rent. This scheme takes the hassle, stress and risk away from the landlord by guaranteeing the landlord a fixed amount for a 12-month period."
