BARRY Lowe wrapped up a hat-trick with his last three deliveries as Anchor made easy work of defeating Nationwide 3rd in Division 4.
Nationwide crashed from 92-2 to 119-9, Lowe finishing with 4-28 after his late treble.
Will Rawle hit 45 for Nationwide, but in reply, Chris Hambling (59) and Jake Henley (46 not out) then helped Anchor to 123-1 and a real chance of promotion.
