A PROPERTY management firm has sold the freehold tenure of a warehouse in Dorcan.
F&C Property Asset Management sold Woolworths Distribution Centre at the Dorcan Industrial Estate, Swindon for £27m.
It was acquired by UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Ltd. The 607,000 sq ft (56,392 sq m) distribution warehouse is now being let to Woolworths plc at a rent of £2 million per annum.
The high street firm has just over 10 years remaining on the current lease.
