A MALMESBURY firm is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
CPC the Complete Product Company was the brainchild of managing director Kevin Assinder and was first set up to duplicate and package computer disks during the PC software boom of the mid 1990s.
Hi-tech firms such as Hewlett Packard and Motorola were early customers who backed the company by outsourcing work to the Malmesbury firm allowing them to invest in fully automated production facilities.
Since its launch, the company says it has seen year-on-year growth. In 2001 a new production and distribution centre opened at Pinkney Park, near Malmesbury, which allowed storage of products to be shipped out on demand, there was also room for digital printing equipment.
In 2004 a subsidiary was set up, called the Complete Promotions Company, which aimed to bring out new products to the business promotions market.
Mr Assinder said: "It has been a very quick 10 years, and one that has seen technology move in leaps and bounds.
"Even in the last few years, changes have been dramatic with disks becoming more or less obsolete and now DVDs becoming the norm.
"Being at the forefront of developments in technology has been very exciting and it will be fascinating to look back again in ten years from now."
Today the firm's customers include well-known names such as Zurich Insurance, Siemens, Fuji and the BBC.
Many of the firms rely on the company to produce personalised sales and marketing materials.
