Abbie Strong with children from Asquith Nursery SchoolA GROUP of excited four-year-olds were treated to a special face painting session, due to one of the children leaving for primary school.
Molly Strong is leaving Asquith Nursery School in Wroughton after two years to start at Lethbridge Primary School in September and as a thank-you to the nursery her mum Abbie Strong (pictured) became chief face painter for the afternoon.
"We try to uphold an effective parent and teacher partnership," said Theresa Birch, the nursery manager.
"We encourage the parents to get involved with the nursery's events and Abbie has been an asset to us. She will be missed."
Mrs Strong has been involved in many of the nursery's events and Asquith thanked her for all her hard work and dedication to the nursery.
