CRICKLADE Twinning Association is holding its annual quiz night on September 30.
The town is twinned with Suc-sur-Edre in France and a number of events take place throughout the year to support the link.
John Petrie, a committee member, said: "The quiz is popular, great fun and well supported."
A summer barbecue this Saturday is already a sell-out.
Members of the twinning association recently spent a long weekend with their French hosts in the Loire-Atlantique region.
Mr Petrie said: "As usual they went to France and came back full of wine and food."
The five-day trip included a cruise on the Loire, wine tastings and riverside picnics.
The quiz begins at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall.
A ploughman's supper is included in the £5 entrance fee, but competitors should bring their own drinks.
