A PRESTIGIOUS international post has been won by North Wiltshire district councillor Ruth Coleman.
She has been elected as chair of the Local Government Association's European and International Affairs Panel for two years.
The panel co-ordinates LGA policy on European and international issues and lobbies in those areas.
Coun Coleman, a Liberal Democrat, has been deputy chair for the last four years, and took over her new role on Monday.
