Picture Ref: 78722-23A SWINDON estate agent is celebrating after being named the best in the area.
The Regent Circus branch of Allen and Harris was one of six offices tested by Sold Out magazine's mystery shopper.
The 'shopper' went into each branch pretending to want a one or two-bedroom flat for £150,000.
Each agent was then tested on first impression, guidance given, market knowledge, information provided, telephone manner and the website.
Area director George Stevens said: "We didn't know anything about it until we saw the article in the magazine. We have very knowledgeable staff and to have someone appreciate this makes me even more proud of the team that works there."
Allen and Harris received top marks in all but one of the categories.
